Our academic programs foster the development of educators through the many stages of their careers. We prepare students to become educational leaders.

  • GRADUATE PROGRAMS

    • Masters in Education and Teaching Credential
      The M.A. in Education California Credential program prepares teachers for California's culturally and linguistically diverse children and youth.

    • Ph.D. in Education
      The Ph.D. in Education supports students in becoming leading scholars who engage in research focused on the educational needs of students from linguistic and cultural groups that have historically not fared well in our nation's public schools.

    • Joint Ed.D. in Collaborative Educational Leadership
      Due to actions taken by the California State University system, the Joint Ed.D. Program in Collaborative Leadership has been terminated and we are no longer accepting applications for this program.

    • Ed.D.
      It is anticipated that the first cohort will be admitted Fall 2009.
