Please attend a mandatory Minor Declaration Workshop to declare your Minor in Education. 

You must bring your signed (by your Major Advisor(s)) "Petition for Major/Minor Declaration" and your "UCSC Academic Planning Form". 

Space in each workshop is limited! Please sign-up for the workshop you wish to attend.

All workshops will be held in McHenry, room 1253. Students more than ten minutes late will be turned away at the door and instructed to attend a different workshop.
