The Education Department has a model teacher-education program that enables students to work towards a masters degree and a California teacher credential. An intense 5 quarter one year program. We offer credential programs for prospective elementary teachers (multiple subject) and high school teachers (single subject) in the following subjects: History/Social Science; Science; Mathematics and English.
Every year the Education Department holds an infomation session for prospective students interested in intellectual and professional fields in Education. This Information session is conducted by experienced faculty and teacher-supervisors, who will explain important admission requirements and deadlines.
